Pathetic Customer service

I went to Mr Price Home on Sunday 31 May to purchase some goods. I wanted to buy a dinner table but no one assisted me. When I went to the till points to pay the rest of my items, I told the cashier that I want to buy a dinner table also but no one assisted me. She was in a very bad mood immediately. Told me the 1 on the floor is the last one. I said I will take it, I don't mind. She refused to sell me the display model. Then she said I must go to another branch. I told her I want to pay for the table and then another branch can deliver it for me, she refused for me to do that. Then she said they will call Sandton branch to hear if they have stock, I waited 30 minutes for them to confirm stock in Sandton. I refunded my whole sale and left to another store. I have never ever seen suck poor, neglectful service in my life. Clearly the staff doesn't know that the store is trading on the profit they making from customers. Maybe they think the store is sustaining itself. I will be taking this further with the CPA in conjunction with buying display models whitch I was refused to do so.
