Pathetic customer service

I have ordered couches on the 29th of January and was told it will take 4 to 7 business days to be delivered. Every single time i call to ask about my order i am told it has been shipped. Everyone keeps telling me they will call me back yet no one does. The customer service is pathetic and down right disrespectful. How long does one have to wait for a response or atleast an update??? Doubt i will ever order anything from Mr Price Home let alone refer people to do so either. Super bad service
