Pathetic customer service

The worst customer service ever!!!!! I placed an online order I called in 6 times to deliver on a Saturday or Wednesday and I have still not had any help I spoke to shanice 5 times and I’m told she will call me back it never happens!!!!!! Unacceptable

That’s bull**** I had to call in once again to ask where my item is and still ur call Cntr cannot answer me even though I requested for delivery on Wednesday today is Thursday
