Pathetic at every level

Repeated lack of any form of service. Went into store in PE to buy office furniture. Staff completely disinterested. Decided to then try and purchase online. What a joke of a website. Would not accept the delivery address. Tried to contact the number provided on website. That number is not MRP home. Tried to get response on Twitter. Nothing but further layers added to try and get assistance. Just tried to now purchase off their app. The search function does not work. I’m embarrassed on this companies behalf. Their total lack of concern for a positive customer service is alarming. I’m assuming they believe they are untouchable. This is exactly how great companies eventually fall. It won’t be long until we hear about the mass retrenchments and closure of stores. They cannot succeed long term with such an ineffective infrastructure and zero customer service. Palookas.
