Pathetic and disgusting service!!!

Will never ever purchase anything from Mr Price home again. I have placed an online order more than two weeks ago and have not been updated once. The only feedback I get is if I phone in and hold for an hour which is only a waste of time as no one is able to assist me. I have never experienced service like this and it truly is pathetic and disgusting. You are happy to take my money but when it comes to helping you client's you are not willing or capable to assist. I have shared my experience with as many people as I possibly can so that they don't make the same mistake I have.
