Where the hell is my refund - Order Detail: *** placed on the 29 Oct 2021 - R404.Money is taken for the order and canceled the next day from you guys coz there was an error with the promotional code - To date, my money has not been refunded even after several calls and promises from your service dept. I called in on the 8th of Nov and expressed my frustration on the situation and was told my money would be in my account in 72 hours (3 days from the 8th so 11th of November)...I call in today the 17th of November and I'm being told the request was only processed today ???????? Absolutely pathetic, why am I begging you guys for my money ????
