Paid order showing as cancelled

I placed an order online on 21 March. I then paid via EFT on the same day. When I went to track my order on my profile on 25 March it said that my order had been cancelled. Why I do not know as the order was paid for. This order was for a baby shower for this Saturday. I have been to the store to complain, I have emailed numerous times and I have phoned numerous times and still nothing has happened. My order is still showing as cancelled. WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE!!! You have my money so why do I not yet have my order! This needs to be sorted out today! I am very upset about this!

Disgusted in Mr Price Home. 7 days later and no response or phone call. AND STILL NO PRODUCTS!!!!!! This is theft. You have my money so where is my order! It is still showing as cancelled on your system. I think my next step will be to post this dissatisfaction on Facebook as well. Absolutely no care attitude and bad customer service!
