Paid order cancelled - a Month later still nothing = THEFT!!!!

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Zero customer service. I placed an order on 21 March 2021. It is more than a month later. Numerous phone calls & emails, posting previously on Hello Peter and even visiting the branch to still get NO RESULT. NO CARE ATTITUDE! You cancel my order & "can't find my payment". Then you have the audacity to email me this week - A MONTH LATER!!!- and say you don't have stock of my item. We were promised Naso would phone us last week & he didn't. He phoned on Monday saying he would phone us on Tuesday again WHICH HE DIDNT! Now I get an email. I will never recommend you to anyone & YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS GOING FORWARD. The only person that was doing his job was the manager at Baywest, Fabian. He was the only person trying to assist & I would rate him 5 star. Now you want to refund me...it will take more than that!! I will be posting this on every social media account I have so that people will know to never purchase from a bunch of *******!
