Paid for Express Delivery, Still No Confirmation of Order After 4 Days

I purchased items on Mr Price Home’s online store with the option of express delivery within 3 days (not so ‘express’ in my opinion). I made an immediate EFT so that the items would be here by the 4th January. It’s the 4th of January and I have yet to receive a single confirmation of my order.

I phoned them on 3 January 2018 and they stated that they could not even find my proof of payment which I had sent them twice. I then resent the confirmation of payment to a different email and here I am still waiting on confirmation of my order.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this inefficient, pathetic online shopping service.
