Outstanding items after delivery took place

I ordered quite a large amount of items with a value of more than R10 000. I did not receive a rug to the value of R699. When I phoned customer care, Silindile helped me but was very unhelpful and did not get back to me as promised. I need that rug asap. Order number ***.
