Placed an order of R15k on 24 June 2020. Estimated delivery date 3 July 2020. On 30 June received the below email that one item is out of stock, and if it is ok to cancel that item and deliver the balance. I rep**** and confirmed immediately that it is fine.

Delivery on 2 July 2020 with a surprise that only 1/3 (R5k of the R15k order) of the goods came. Have been contacting, pleading, complaining, phoning, whatsapps on a daily basis. When I asked about cancellation/refunds you are threatened with a 21 working day turnaround for refunds to be processed.

It is now 6 weeks and still no ETD, delivery, nothing! Got an Facebook message this morning to say that a few more items (R7k of the R10****) is out of stock so order still can not be completed.

I have requested the balance of the order to be cancelled and the money refunded. Surprise surprise, no reply.
