Order number *** is a nightmare

I am so disgusted in the service I have been receiving from Mr Price Home in Centurion Lifestyle center.

I placed an order on the 5th of September 2022 and paid in store on the same day, even before the order was placed. On numerous occasions I have tried to find out where my order is, to which I only received one lined messages such as: The order is still on the way to the store.

This is the worst retail experience I have ever had the misfortune to be apart of. I was told the warehouse is in Midrand.... How is it possible to wait for 10 working days to send something from Midrand to Centurion? It is not even 15 kilometers down the highway.
