Order never delivered nor refunded

I made an online furniture purchase on 10 January 2026. On the 11th I received an email that 1 item was out of stock and given the option to cancel the 2nd item which I took. On the 12th the order was processed, completed and monies deducted from my MRP account. I have reached out via WhatsApp, email and phone but still no refund done and items never delivered!!
