Order missing

<p>I ordered 5 curtains online on the 23rd of november 2016 and paid for it.according to the website they were sent through speed couriers on the 6th of december 2016. I received a tracking number. A week later i phoned mr price home and speed services and according to mr price the order should be delivered within 7 working days. But speed services have no record of the tracking number or that my order was sent. I phoned the mr price call centre a few times and even complained twice on their facebook page but the reply is the same. Either the order is on its way or i should check with the post office. I did check with them and they have no record of the parcel. It is 4 january 2017 now and no one from mr price has even phoned me back to follow up on this as they promised they would. </p>
