Order do not exist!!! But it was paid for!!!!

I am furious!!! I placed my order and have send 2 emails to sales and the help desk to find out when can I expect delivery since the order was placed yesterday. I did not get any responce via email. I called head office and asked about my order but the person said my order number does not exist!!! We did double check the order number 3 times!!! This is absolutely pathetic!!!!! I need this order to get delivered by no later than Friday! I have paid one hell of a load of money.... Unexpected!!!!
