Order delivered to a unknow wrong address and order still not received

I placed an online order on last month, the order had a chair and other items in it. As per Mr Price Home's process if your order has furniture you will receive 2 orders cause furniture is delivered separately. A week after placing the order I received the chair. When I checked the status of the other items it showed that the item has been delivered. I called, emailed ever since to get someone to explain what happened cause I did not receive the stuff. I was told this was received by Kimalda, I do not know who this person not even my neighbors have anyone who goes by this name. I explained this and have been told over and over that they will escalate and get back to me which never happens. I am frustrated cause someone is enjoying things that I paid for and the company I purchased from has shown zero interest in getting my stuff to me or investigating what really happen.
