Order Delayed for Weeks with No Support from Mr Price Home

I am extremely disappointed with Mr Price Home.

I placed an order at the beginning of February, and despite being told it was due over a week ago, I still have not received it. Communication from customer service has been inconsistent and unhelpful.

I was initially told my order would arrive “the next day,” by Thembeka, which did not happen. Since then, I’ve only been told to wait while they contact the courier (a process that has now taken several days with no feedback). My emails have been ignored, and during WhatsApp chat, a consultant (Nivashni) abruptly ended the chat on me, which is completely unacceptable. And I truly believe Nivashni needs to be held accountable for this.

For a company of this size, I expected far better service. Instead, I’ve experienced delays, poor communication, and no clear resolution, and not even the option of a refund, a company should surely in good faith offer a cancellation and refund when a order has been delayed long past the promised due date, which I asked for but was ignored.

In contrast, companies like Decofurn provide far better delivery reliability and customer service.

Very disappointing experience which has lead me to the conclusion that I will not be a customer of Mr Price again.
