Order Cancellation #***
On 6 Oct I have paid R 2,349.94 to MRP for an online order. The furniture was the wrong colour and material and after consulting with Samantha Coopsamy (MRP Help) I was told that I can cancel the order and will be refunded. This is now more than a month later and I am still waiting for MRP to inform me what to do in order to be refunded. Have sent numerous e-mails just to be told that once the stock is back in their warehouse, I will be contacted.
