Opening hour or Arrival hour!!!!!

<p>This morning I needed something at Mr Price Home in Festival Mall. I arrived at 8:45am, knowing very well that they open at 9am. </p> <p>I stood in front of the shop waiting for opening time...To my surprise there was no one inside indicating that indeed the doors will be opened at 9am, as I've noticed with the other stores around. I was shocked to see two ladies strolling at 8:55, one fully dressed in uniform and the other in casual clothes. A gentleman also came in a minute or so later. 2 more ladies dressed in casual clothes walked in, not in any hurry...at 9:01...Finally the doors were opened at 9:07... No apologies for keeping us waiting, nothing!!! I'm wondering if I was wrong assuming the store opens at 9am or what? I'm also wondering...is management aware that this kind of behavior happens???</p> <p>I WONDER IF I'VE MISTAKEN THE OPENING FOR THE ARRIVAL HOUR...???!!!</p>
