Open for business?

Jeffreys Bay, Fountains Mall. Manager was only one standing behind till point having a chat to a friend. When I wanted to pay, I was told that the system is offline. It is the second time this week. No notice to be seen. Phoned customer care: they will only respond in 24 - 48 hours.
