Only half my couch was delivered
So I bought a couch from these idiots about a week ago online. Absolute nightmare to try and find out when the couch would be delivered and only half my couch was delivered. Its a corner couch and only one piece was delivered. I've been in touch with support for almost 3 days now and I'm no closer to even finding out where the other half is or if I'm ever going to get it.

It has now been over a week since I posted this review and 2 weeks since I started contacting you. I am still no closer to finding out where the other half of my couch is. I eventually gave up on trying to get the other half of my couch and just want a refund but that seems even more of an impossible task than delivering a product I have paid in full for. You claim not to have stock of the couch anymore so just give me the refund
