Online/App ordering and delivery not holding as advertised

Hi, I would like some clarification on placing an order via your app and choosing the express delivery to Mr Price Liberty Midlands Mall. This order was said to be delivered in 1-3 business days, the order was processed on the 14th. This means by the end of the day on the 17th the order should have been delivered. I have enquired with your helpline on the 17th and was told that it is out for delivery but since PMB is considered an outlying area the delivery would only happen on Monday or Tuesday... (The 20th/21st). Besides the fact that this makes it 5-6 business days depending on how you count it, not including the 14th when the payment was processed... And PMB is a city on the N3 and actually the administrative capital of KZN, how then can it be considered "outlying". I'm actually quite disappointed in this whole experience... (Since I do live in an "outlying area" and have to travel in to collect it and was expecting it to be available in the time period stated).

This is a message I sent on your Facebook messenger portal. The only response was a request for my order number and that they would follow up with the couriers. (As yet no reply back for the last 24 hours)

I have already spoken to your helpline via telephone and have been told that the couriers will deliver "Monday or Tuesday". What I would like to know is why the service is offered and not upheld within the stipulated timeline...?

I find the complacent response unacceptable.

Subsequent to this I have had no response from Mr Price via their website contact form either...
