ONLINE STORE - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!
Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!
I placed my order on the 12th December, today is the 19th and order is still intransit. I called their call centre, spoke to a consultant who put me on hold for 10minutes to come back and tell me order is in-transit & ETA is 23 Dec and NOT GUARANTEED.
A whole 11 days to get an order out? Is that even normal? Is Mr Price crazy? What kind of longated lead time is that? That’s why you will lose customers bcz your Online services are nothing but pathetic!!!!!!!! Sies!
