Online shopping terrible experience

Online shopping experience is the worst I have ever had by far. Seriously do not even bother. 7-9 days? Try almost weeks with ZERO updates if not for me desperately trying to find out what is going on. After phoning support every couple of days for the past week or so, keep getting promises that aren’t fulfilled. Can’t track order from site, despite there being a dedicated page to do so. Says order is not in system when support have said they are in contact with delivery people and that it should have been here already. Don’t know what to do anymore, feels like I’ve been ****med. Expect so much better from a large company such as this.
