Online shopping/ service

Mr price online service is bad. Bought a curtain and they delivered a bed cover thank God I checked the product before I left. The cashier did call and they promised that I'll be getting correct order the following week. It's been 3 week and 2 days since the first call was logged. I've called even went to the store still nothing. I asked for a refund and they told me they'll have to give me a voucher but I can't get it now since they still have to collect the bed cover, inspect it to ensure that it was never used imagine. By the way I don't want the voucher I didn't buy using voucher.
