Online shopping not so convenient

Just as I thought online shopping is meant to be convenient....it actually isn't. I purchased a tv stand on the 30th August. Today is the 7th September and I have zero correspondence from this company. They claim to deliver in 3to 7 days. I'm not so happy at the moment as now I have a tv sitting on the floor. I couldn't taken my money elsewhere where customer service is paramount. I'm glad to take my money elsewhere. Not thanks Mr Price. We work too hard for our money to be treated like this. The worse part is they say they have stock...I'm assuming not in South Africa.
