Online shopping not received yet status delivered.

I ordered items from MR P home online before lockdown. On 23 March 2020. Understandably the delivery didn't arrive before lockdown. I patiently waited and when online deliveries became possible received a call form their courier company to say they were delivering but would call me an hour before. The next day I received a call to ask how may delivery went. I said it was not delivered. Someone would get back to me. It then took a number of interactions via the Facebook messaging platform but to date I still have not received the goods ordered. Mr P you need to tighten up on your delivery mechanism and as a regular client of yours I am very disillusioned with online shopping.
