ONLINE SHOPPING BUT NO DELIVERY

I used the Mr Price home website to shop for items on the 24th of November and the money went off my account. I selected delivery to the nearest store and after a week of no updates I called them to follow up to no avail. Apparently they couldn't locate the order and promised to call back. It's two weeks and no call and am dealing with the same promise of being contacted yet no one has been in touch. I spent over 3000, I feel ****** and am extremely upset by the lack of ethics or customer service. I will never be SHOPPING there again and demand a full refund on my purchase. Truly ************ and in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act.
