Online sales unhelful

<p>On 15 May I placed an online order from Mr Price Home after great difficulty. Apparently they were working on the website, and it took all day for me to place one order. I had to place the order that day, because I need the products by the end of the week. During the repeated attempts to place the order, I managed to choose the incorrect size for a duvet cover. I did not notice this until I had placed the order. I immediately emailed the help address, and asked that the order be changed or cancelled. I have placed incorrect order with other online vendors, and they have been able to assist. Mr Price Online however, is not able to edit an order. The response I got from Reagan Naicker included no suggestions for corrective action beyond that I could return the item when I receive it. This of course will require another order, and an additional fee for express delivery to the store. I am extremely unimpressed by the lack of assistance, and will be unlikely to place another order with Mr Price Home or other brands online anytime in the near future.</p>
