Online return hassle

Been trying to return an order I purchased online for weeks now, with no success. Order was delivered on 20 April and every time I've phoned since the 21st of April, trying to return it, they've been trying to organise a courier and have assured me they'll be in contact with me, yet they've never made an effort to come back to me. I've even had to go into a Mr Price Home store and ask an employee to assist me with getting them to organise a courier, but not even he can get them to assist me.

Never would have thought that organising a courier to pick up an item would be so complicated. Just hope that eventually getting a refund for my purchase will be such a hassle, too.
