Online purchase no delivery or an update!
I bought a couch online last week, 6 days ago , got a message that my couch is on it’s way , i call and they tell me its coming from Durban , last week Thursday it is Wednesday today and no couch! And worst of all no one can tell me when I’ll receive it. I am so disappointed with Mr price, a truck from Durban to Johannesburg takes a day! This couch should have been delivered already !!! And i work in Logistics so you cant fool me about transport! Should have been delivered! No excuses.

03 Jun 2022, 18:33My order number ***, i am literally tracking it myself , and I’m being **** to about its where abouts, today is Friday and still nothing has happened its unfair for me as a customer to be doing all this I shouldn’t be making contact with your transporters at all!!! I have zero updates from your site too, this is my first and probably last purchase from you. Who knows what condition the couch is even in now since it left your warehouse last week already
