Online purchase

I have place an online order on the 8th May from their essential list. Out of the 17 paid for items I only received 2 items about a month later. The delivery document states that all the items should have been delivered but the courier only received one package from them. After emailing them 4 times and phoning them 2 times ... I still have no feedback from them what so ever. Please just credit my account for those items for I am done waiting! They have very bad service for nothing gets resolved. I do not recommend them for online purchases. Also the online tracking system states that some of the items has been delivered but it definitely has not been delivered so you can`t even trust the tracking report :(
