Online purchase

I ordered a bed set from Mr Price Home online portal. The advertised cost for the same was R2,000 and a delivery charge of R400 was charged. After purchase I was given 5 7 working days to delivery. Unfortunately I was brought a base only saying this is what I bought. I returned it as it and returned it and requested a refund. To date Mr Price hasn't done anything to sort this out. They haven't called and every time I call the phone is not reachable. Is this the way to treat a client? Or am I being treated like this because am not a foreigner?
