Online orders from Mr price. ALWAYS late

I have had a few bad experiences with online shopping at Mr price. I know not to take note of the estimated time they say they will deliver in. When i placed my order, it said that it would take 5 - 7 working days. I waited 11 days till i phoned them. they cant tell me where my order is, just that the courier company has a backlog. The order i placed was for a birthday gift and i had to spend extra money to buy something else.

If they could have informed me that the order would be late i would have cancelled it long ago.

All they could say is sorry.

Real bad service from Mr Price
