Online orders a disaster, service pathetic

Placed an order for a couch on 26th December. Half the couch was delivered on Monday 3 January. The other half was delivered a week later after numerous phone calls and on holds to Mr Price. No one follows up or gives feedback, you have to be on top of them constantly. THEN, when I finally do received the other half of the couch, I am told they won't assemble it. There WAS NO OPTION online to choose assembly. Then someone calls me and says "If you can provide proof of payment they can assemble it". IT WASN'T an option when making the purchase! I assemble the couch myself only to find that it has two different materials used. Now that I want to return it, I am trying to escalate the collection because I am not going to be at this address further than Thursday this week. Bongeka, who I spoke to yesterday and SENT THE EMAIL TO at 14:45, says she never received it. HOW ABOUT FOLLOWING UP???? I have proof it was sent. Still not getting any answers. The service is pathetic and the item is such bad quality.
