ONLINE ORDER PAID NO ORDER CONFIRMATION RECEIVED ...

I have placed the bank that the order has been paid, but nothing no conformation email or text from MRP Home to confirm the order or any type of communication... I contacted their w app helpline/robot, which said it can take up to 24 hours to get an answer. My order is fully paid and no order number or conformation email.........PLEASE ASSIST MR P Home, i do not want to speak to your robots or even customer care agents...
