Online Order paid and still not received over a week late

Placed an order last week monday to be delivered within 3-5 days. Been on the phone with customer service multiple times over the past three days promising delivery every day since and still not received. Unacceptable. The parcel should have been delivered via on the dot couriers by latest monday already.
