Online order only partially received - very annoyed!

Ordered two curtains online, only received one, how am I supposed to hang one curtain in a baby's room!?! Been calling the call centre for a week now and keep getting the same response - waiting for feedback from the warehouse. How disorganised is your warehouse!?? Or are the staff members mandated to ***** from customers to add to MRP Group's bottom line in the form of billed but undelivered goods! Disgusting!
