Online order not delivered

Goods not delivered. Please allow me to share a bad customer service experience I received at Mr Price Home shop online. I bought a couch for 11500 early January 2021, till today 03 Feb 2021 I have not receive it. I dont know what I should do. They call centre staff are very impatient and rude. Everyday I have to call them to track the delivery. I am disappointed.
