Online Order not being fulfilled

<p>I placed my order online on the 28th of May and paid for the order on the 29th of May. It is the 6th of June and my order status still says "processing". I wrote an "enquiry" asking what is going on with my order on the 5th of June but have yet to receive a reply. What is the point of ordering online if you have to wait so long just to have an order processed?</p>
