Online order delivery problem

I have been waiting for my delivery almost 3 weeks now, that’s longer then the 7-10 day that they promised. It’s been saying “Ready to ship” for more then 2 weeks now.

When i phoned the call centre ( multiple times) they said they would follow up with the issue and they never did. I have been calling every day since and no one can help me or tell me what is going on with my online order.

I’m very disappointed in the costumer service and would like to know what is going on with my order !
