Online Order

<p>I placed an online order over 1 week ago (18 Dec) and paid for 1-3 day store collection. </p> <p>On Wed (21 Dec) I got an email saying the order has been shipped. </p> <p>I went into the store it was getting sent to (Norwood Mall) and they said the item never arrived. </p> <p>I Paid for 1-3 day store collection as I urgently needed the item as it was for a gift. </p> <p>Its now 8 days later and I dont know what has happend to the item,, </p> <p>how can you charge for 1-3 days delivery and then 1 week later and still no item! </p> <p>Please can someone tell me where the item I have already paid for is?</p>
