ONLINE - NO NO

There on line shopping is shocking. You only can speak to a computer. Bought a lounge suite & various items, lounge suite came and was 2 different styles of couches. Bought a mattress R4500.00 they advise me it is only for the mattress not the base even though the picture online shows both, they don't have stock?? The inconvenience and money that has been spent rectifying their problem is terrible. The aftersales service is non existent. Please pay slightly more and buy somewhere else.
