ONLINE MISSING BATHSET MAT

I recently purchased a few items online,and when the courier guy delivered my stuff it came to my attention that they was a missing bath set mat.It was never packed because on the slip it shows a zero on quantity yet I was charged for it.They never bothered to call and inform me the reason as to why they never packed the bath set.I have tried reaching via their customer care line as well as email but nothing has materialized.For the bath set mat I was charged R200,of which it might seem like a small amount of money but for me its about “PRINCIPLES”If I pay for something just give me what I paid for.In all honesty you guys don’t deserve a single star from me am very annoyed and I vow never to buy online from you guys..????
