Online epic fail over and over again
One epic fail after another. Had a issue with online purchase. Ordered online again. Collected today and items were broken. Why bother with online shopping. What suppose to be convenient and seamless process. CAN YOU DO ANYTHING RIGHT WERE CUSTOMERS ARE CONCERNED. WHAT A MESS REALLY YOU GUYS SUCK AT SERVICE.
