Online @ Mr Price - no good

I ordered and paid (order was over R10,000.00) from Mr Price Home Online. Delivery was supposed to be between 1 to 3 working days. I received an order number. I was unable to track my order online. On the 3rd day I phoned the call centre. Twice I was put on hold indefinitely by call centre agents. On the 3rd attemp one agent managed to trace my order. Only to hear that they had a “technical issue” and that my order will be re-submitted. The agent couldn’t tell me how long it will take or when I will get my delivery. Which I needed ASAP for a client. She was actually clueless. But I was advised by her that before end of business today she will phone me with feedback. Needless to say - that never happened. What do I tell my client now??????? And how do I get my order??????? Why do you take money and promise a service and don’t deliver???? This was my first and my LAST purchases I ever do and will advise all my clients the same as MR Price is not a reliable online store.
