Online and in-store pricing different

So I see online that this store has 2 units in stock, so I go and look. So far so good.

The items in store are priced differently to the website. With a member of staff; Go onto the website fill the cart and select to pay in store. Now I am holding said 2 blankets in my hand. Still good

About 15 minutes later, go to pay at the store. I pay. Still happiness. Ask if I can get the 2 blankets, no I need to wait 3-5 working days for collection but I held them in my hands minutes earlier.

So let me add to your 1 star ratings.

Number 1: not the in store staffs fault, they didn't write the system or the processes.

Number 2: The R15.00 collection fee, for an item that you didn't have to bring in?

Number 3: why are your online store and physical stores priced differently? You're under the same umbrella.
