***** on account

I SE Nkomo have noted *****ulent activity on my account at Mr Price Mirino mall Ermelo Mpumalang. I reported it to the store and Headquarters. The member responsible for this is still working for Mr Price. How do I report these unauthorized charges for airtime from 28 January 2023 till 01 June 2025. The HQ is telling me too pay or I will be black listed. I payed R1850 in November 2024. I payed R1560 in January 2025. Bought times I was told that it was packed up.
