Not the full amount been refunded
Too cut a long story short. It happened that Mr Price home had to refund my mom for the sofa she bought wrong. City logistics which is the delivery company didn't charge Mr price home for the delivery they never delivered, but yet Mr Price home doesn't refunded my mom the R450. I spoke to Marcus at City logistics and according to him Mr price home should've refunded me the full amount so that we can order the new sofas and they will deliver. Old order nu #*** Voucher nu for refund *** Reference Number: ***
