Not sure if Gift Registry is registered?

Good day, I hope you are doing well. Me, my fiancé and my sister went to the Centurion Lifestyle branch this past Sunday to create a Wedding registry. Everything went smoothly. From scanning and selecting items for the registry. I've been checking every day from Monday to see if the reference number is working at all. But to still shows nothing. Assistance regarding this will be greatly appreciated.
